Adding new keycode to console no longer available?

Hi - I used to be able to log into one of my consoles and add a new keycode - now the option has gone and been replaced with “buy a new keycode” - any idea why this is and if the old option is coming back?

@sharpygizmo We have a new console which would need to be used to register any new keycode (and existing ones).
