We have a few old devices on my account. How do I delete then if the device has been trashed?

Hello @1Rian baye The best way to delete the old devices on your account would be to get in contact with Webroot Support.

Support: https://www.webroot.com/us/en/about/contact-us

Business Support: https://www.webroot.com/us/en/business/support/contact

Note: When submitting a Support Ticket, Please wait for a response from Support. Putting in another Support Ticket on this problem before Support responses will put your first Support Ticket at the end of the queue.

ProTruckDriver. Thank you.

When I try to go to Webroot Support: https://www.webroot.com/us/en/about/contact-us they require me to log in and it does not accept my email or password. I cannot contact Webroot tech help.

I tried going to my.webrootanywhere.com and it takes me to another login page and it does not recognize my Webroot credentials either.

And why do you reply 1Rian baye? Is that a site name I have listed? I haven’t gone into my account in some time.

Brian

This is what I found on Google. Is my.webrootanywhere.com still active and legit?

Google answer for deleting devices by going to my.webrootanywhere.com

1Rian baye is the “User Name” you are using here on the Webroot Forum.

Webroot now has 2 User Consoles. The old one and a new one. You are probably putting your old credentials on the new console link.

Try this link for the Old Console: https://identity.webrootanywhere.com/v1/Account/login

Put in your old credentials and hit continue. If you forgot your password, hit forgotten password. Webroot will send it to you by email.

Put in the Code you saved. If you forgotten the code hit forgotten security code. Webroot will send it to your email.

If you’re on the “Old Console” stay with it because the “New Console” has very little on it for control of what you can do from the console. See this post:
