I am trying to install Dizzion but it won't install. I need it for a job that requires a secure remote worker system. Their IT department said that Webroot may be to blame. Can I undo Webroot to install it then reactivate it later?

Hello @mcmc66 Welcome to the Webroot Community Forum.

I would recommend getting in contact with Webroot Support. The problem might be just White Listing some files from the program and Support can do that quickly.

Webroot Support:

Submit a ticket

Call 1-866-612-4227

Note: When submitting a Support Ticket, Please wait for a response from Support. Putting in another Support Ticket on this problem before Support responses will put your first Support Ticket at the end of the queue.

Dave

If its blocking the file, you can whitelist it from the dashboard @mcmc66

@mcmc66  are you using a GSM  console or is it a standalone version of Webroot?

If you are using a GSM Console you can follow the guide below.

https://docs.webroot.com/us/en/business/wsab_endpointprotection_adminguide/Content/UsingOverrides/CreatingWhitelistOverrides.htm

Alternatively on the local machine it is installed on as per below

You may want to refer to the below as well.
