Error(SEL004) Console cannot be opened, please contact support ("Problem Loading consoles")

I have rather a lot of questions for Webroot support. That said, the main way to ask is to do so through their console. When I sign in, I continuously get an error message to contact support...which is why I am trying to sign in here to do...so it is a rather cruel cycle. 

Any insight?

    You might be trying to sign on to the “Old Console”. Webroot has a “New Console” now. Please see this thread:

      ​@ProTruckDriver Thanks very much for replying. Unfortunately, the error is occurring precisely at the sign in for the Support link that you included. I cannot contact Webroot Support with those links because I keep getting the same error message as noted in my post.
