when i try to download any document in my Gmail i get
"gmail virus scanners are temporarily unavailable"
i ran my Webroot scan it cleared my computer
rebooted the computer
emptied my trash
my mac has the latest Mac OS Sierra 10.12.6
is this a gmail issue or in my computer?
any suggestions?

I don't see this problem with my Gmail account on my Mac computer. The best thing to do is get in contact with Webroot Support. If you send a Support Ticket in, the Support Ticket will automatically send logs from your Mac computer to Support.
