Help! I renew my webroot and it didn't work!
+3Like I said, I paid subscription renew last year. It send the same keycode, so I assume that my subscription would renew when it expired. Please Help!

I'll ping our Forum Administrator @LLiddell She can see where your Support Ticket is in the system and may get a quicker answer to your problem. They are in the office about 10 am East Coast time so check with this thread around that time.
