I can't login to my Webroot Wifi Security

i tried to login to my Webroot Wifi Security, but it keep saying Wifi Security Can't Connect, i've tried to reinstalling the app, but it doesn't work

I would lodge a Support Ticket.

Maybe a recent software update has broken the application.
