hi, I paid to renew my webroot subscription for another year,when i try to install i keep getting keycode is valid but expired notification,i need this issue resolved asap as i use this laptop for school,research and other purposes, , , also should mention my webroot was uninstalled and am trying to reinstall and activate.

I would raise a support ticket, https://www.webroot.com/au/en/support/support-home and go from there.
Note only raise one support ticket as if you raise subsequent ticket you will go to the back of the queue.
The other option is to telephone you local Webroot office and seek support.
