Should we be installing that on systems with Webroot or ignoring it?  Looking for a definitive answer

Most definitely @timvarvais you should be. It’s used as a second opinion scan and removal of more specific threats for that timeframe and to reverse any effects a specific malware might have had on an OS. 
 

I have this as part of our patch management system and it’s a good security best practice to use this behind the scenes automated monthly scan/removal tool. In 10+ years I’ve not had it negatively impact any system I’ve ever laid hands on
