I uninstalled the offending apps and all is well now.
I just ran Webroot and from the PC Security screen it says it is infected.
The offending malicious files are Hidemouse.exe and Password.exe
How do I clean it?

The best thing is to contact Webroot Support via the Ticket System and they will help you as they have tools to look at files so that’s best!
