May I ask if you are trying to Activate a new Webroot keycode? You can activate a keycode below by going to My Account on the right side of the GUI.
If you are having issues then please Submit a Support Ticket which is free of charge with a Webroot Subscription. The Support Team can get this all straightened out for you.
