not able to log when in certain websites, is Webroot causing this?

two specific websites we use come up, but when trying to log in clock spins forever and we never get logged in. Easy to log in on Ipad, however

citibankonline.com and ameriprise.com.

You could try shutting down Webroot and see if you can log in on the sites.
