scan required again and again

when i start computer, webroot says scan required, iam using webroot from many years, still it says no scan done…

all protections such as realtime shield, web shield, firewall are turned off when this happens..…

also browser plugins are also not working, i tried reinstall also keeping in mind clean install

it does not work

I would suggest contacting Webroot Support on this problem. When sending in a Support Ticket a copy of Webroot’s Log automatically gets sent also. For faster service I would call them by phone.

Call 1-866-612-4227  during the week Mon - Fri 7 AM to 5:30 PM (MDT)

To me that sounds like a possible bunk install or update between versions. An uninstall/re-install while removing the WRData and WRCore folders from ProgramData after removal, then a re-install, might fix it. 

But definitely contacting support, they’ll be able to assist.
