I just installed my 5 device Webroot on 5 items but one of them keeps getting notificaion that protection is expiring soon and to renew. I go to the site and it shows a full year still available. What is wrong

It’s best to contact Webroot Support Directly as they have access to the backend.

Submit a ticket 24/7/365 it’s the best way!

Call 1-866-612-4227  during the week Mon - Fri 7 AM to 5:30 PM (MST)
