Troubleshooting Webroot warning on my site

Webroot is putting a warning sign next to my site in Google search rankings. Is there anyway I can troubleshoot this issue?

To me because it’s not that old but you can ask for a change request here: https://www.brightcloud.com/tools/change-request.php
