The webroot notification shield continually has a yellow warning that my scan is out of date but the app shows everything is up to date and fine

Hi belcat

Welcome to the Community Forums.

I believe that you have 2 choices here; either uninstall WRSA, REBOOT & then clean reinstall it, or you can Open a Support Ticket to let the Support Team know about your situation and hopefully they should be able to help you out.

If you would like to follow the first option then please follow the steps closely!

  • Make sure you have a copy of your Keycode
  • KEEP the computer online for Uninstall and Reinstall to make sure it works correctly
  • Download a Copy Here (Best Buy Subscription PC users click HERE)
  • Uninstall WSA and Reboot
  • Install with the new installer, enter your Keycode and don't import any settings as
you can set it up as you like once it's done
  • Let it finish it's install scan
  • Reboot once again
And let us know if that fixes the issue.

Regards, Baldrick
