Webroot/PC game problem

Hi

 

I am not sure, but I guess the file as seen in the image is somehow blocked by the Webroot Antivirus - so the computer game won’t work. How would I allow this file?

Call 1-866-612-4227 during the week Mon - Fri 7 AM to 5:30 PM (MDT)

..this is another concern I have - Nvidia app crashes on startup. Could the reason be somewhere in Webroot settings / firewall settings?

I don’t think so as I never had any issues ever when installing the latest NVIDIA update software. You might want to try and older update of NVIDIA for your system as it could have a bug in that update? But if you want to check Contact Webroot Support and they will tell you.
