Webroot SecureAnywhere quarantines NoScrypts.exe


NoScrypts.exe is a utility provided by Webroot to disable a number of script types in Windows to help prevent fileless rootkits and other types of infections.
 
As of this morning, Webroot is quarantining that utility. 
 
MD5: AD422EF5AF8763975FEEADF0F0701DEA
 
I'll also be submitting a ticket.

Strange in that I use that utility and push it to client endpoints on a daily basis. Yes, by all means, if you are getting an alert from the agent that it's a threat, contact support.
