NoScrypts.exe is a utility provided by Webroot to disable a number of script types in Windows to help prevent fileless rootkits and other types of infections.
As of this morning, Webroot is quarantining that utility.

Strange in that I use that utility and push it to client endpoints on a daily basis. Yes, by all means, if you are getting an alert from the agent that it's a threat, contact support.
