I am repeatedly receiving a notification pop-up from Webroot prompting me to allow or block a certain process. However, nothing is actually listed in the box, even when I click the “show event details” button. What should I do?

Run a scan as per above to see if this software detects any issues.

You could also do a scan using Windows Defender which is also on your Computer.

If there is nothing found lodge a support ticket with Webroot.


Hello ​@Auxiliary please do as ​@ProTruckDriver said and contact Webroot Support! 

 

In the mean time you can Save a Scan Log and look near the Bottom and it should say what Webroot is complaining about! Just remember where you saved the Scan Log I put it on my Desktop!

Please let us know or even post the lines in the Scan Log what the issue is and if it shows nothing then please do a scan and Save a Scan Log and post the lines with the issues.
