I recently switched phones and want to check and make sure that my new phones are now being protected but when I log into my web console I do not have a Mobile Devices tab on top.

Yes things have changed with Mobile devices and this is what I see on mine. If you want more info Submit a Support Ticket and they will give you more or the same info.
