What I really value about being here is being part of a great team http://www.calendarofupdates.com/updates/public/style_emoticons/default/HANDSHAKE.gif and of course the friendship & fun we have whilst helping others.  But the other side is also learning from all...and especially from you...gurus.

Congratulations Baldrick as it has already been stated you are moving up the ladder at a breakneck pace but some people may think that it is just about the work you do helping members, but it is also about what you bring to the team.
