Greetings and Happy Holidays fellow Community members!
The holiday season is upon us, and Webrooters everywhere are excited for their holiday time off. While some of us may be checking in from time to time over the holidays, there will be limited support available from the Community staff between December 21st and January 1st.
If you're having any Webroot technical difficulties, it would be best to open a support case, and one of our global support agents will get back to you as soon as possible.
We should also note that the Webroot offices will be closed entirely on Dec. 24th and 25th, as well as Jan. 1st.

We will post updates letting the Community know days that we have limited support, but for now I will post the days that I already know will be the same as 2012.
