Hi JimM,
is Juniper a strategic partner?
We have problems connecting to a customers site via juniper ssl VPN with hostchecker (NAP) not accepting our webroot installation as valid av.
If webroot an juniper are Partners it will be easier to get the customer change his policy and accept webroot AV.

No, Juniper is not a Webroot partner. However, if it's just a matter of Host Checker not including Webroot in its pre-defined ruleset, it would just be a matter of the customer modifying the rule in Host Checker.
sure. But it would be easier to argument if Juniper is partner of webroot.
I found a pdf on junipers website describing the SA2500, SA4500, and SA6500 - there is the following featuredescription:
"... Dynamically download Webroot’s market-leading anti-malware software to enforce endpoint security on devices that might not be corporate-assigned computers being used for network access."
maybe this helps a lot.

They used to be a partner in the past, so you may have come across some old documentation of theirs that contains such a reference.
