Microsoft has ended support in their own applications for Internet Explorer and has announced the upcoming end of life for the browser. While this marks the end of an era, we are mirroring their decision, and have decided to cease support for the browser as well. That means the Carbonite® Server portal will cease to be supported on the Internet Explorer browser.
We’re asking that all users who need access to the Carbonite Server portal to make plans to use a different internet browser prior to September 2021.
