Webroot has taken many steps to become compliant with the GDPR, which becomes effective on May 25th, 2018. As part of these efforts we are now providing users with greater control over their personal data on the Webroot Community. What is the GDPR?

The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) is a data protection regulation that aims to give individuals higher control over how their personal data is collected and used. Using the GDPR, the European Parliament, the Council of the European Union, and the European Commission intend to strengthen data protection for all individuals in the European Union. The GDPR will go into effect on the 25th of May 2018.
