Unprotected or Protected
My computer shut down down saying it was infected. Turned it back on webroot showed that it was infected and later it said it was clean. Does this mean that the virus has been stopped and my computer is ok.
+56Do you have the exact wording from the messages? You might want to contact support just in case, to make sure everything has resolved properly.
