Sure - so this is a third party company that we contract with for this. They recruit and train advocates for various products and companies. Once you are onboarded, you sign up for shifts at your convenience, from 1 to 4 hours. How it works is that people who come to webroot.com and have questions get offered the opportunity to talk to someone via a chat window. When they accept, you would chat with them about what product is a best fit for them and answer any questions they have. When they end up making purchases you get credits towards a reward store that Needle manages, as well as cash rewards for completed sales. It's an interesting new model for product advocates, but we've found that it's been very successful for us and the chat advocates find it a good way to have a flexible part-time job that works for their schedules.

I am very interested, but I think I need to get a few health related issues on better footing first.  I am not sure I can keep to a set schedule at the moment.  Should I go through the application process now, or wait for when things are a bit better situated?

The schedule is very flexible, so you might as well go through the application process now. You can work on days when you feel good and skip the ones that you don't!

I had signed up for it, but they wanted to interview me only at certain times of a day, which would have been while I was at work.
