Webroot is experiencing an account activation issue as of 1:05 p.m. MT on March 7, 2019 that is delaying Webroot SecureAnywhere keycode activation. We appreciate your patience as our team works to resolve this issue.
Customer transactions have been recorded, and activations have been queued. Webroot activation emails will be sent upon completion of an internal system update. No additional action by customers is required. Please do not re-submit transactions.
In recognition of any inconvenience this has caused, Webroot will be extending all licenses by one day.

The issue was resolved last night around 10:53 p.m. MT. Activation emails started deploying shortly thereafter and all systems are up and running. If you haven't yet received your activation email, please reach out to Customer Support and they'll help you troubleshoot further.
