Webroot Announces Record Fourth Quarter and Fiscal Year 2015 Growth

BROOMFIELD, CO – September 9, 2015Webroot, the market leader in intelligent cybersecurity for endpoints and collective threat intelligence, today announced achievements from its fourth quarter and 2015 fiscal year operations which ended June 30, 2015. Highlights from the fourth quarter include double-digit year-over-year revenue growth, surpassing 2.2 million business endpoints under protection, massive expansion of the company's network of managed service providers (MSPs) and other channel partners, and the release of new threat intelligence services.
 
Significant Quarterly and Year-Over-Year Booking Growth 
Webroot achieved significant bookings growth in the fourth fiscal quarter, driven by strong license sales in Consumer: up 14% YoY; Business: up 71% YoY; and OEM: up 92% YoY. For the fiscal year, Webroot added 5.3 million new home users, over 1 million new business endpoints and over 3,100 new MSP partners. The company also welcomed a number of new and important strategic technology partners.
