Webroot has a wonderful tradition of inviting the whole company and their families to attend the Rocky Mountain Airshow every year.  Webroot is also an official sponsor of the event, to help support the airshow.

We went on Friday night and it was a fun time for everyone.  There were free drinks and food trucks for all of us.  After seeing some planes fly acrobatics, we were treated to fireworks to finish up the night.  Here's some photos and videos from the event:

A couple of the acrobatic planes waiting to take off.

The social and community team posing for a photo with our CEO, Dick Williams (on the right).

Lots of activities and.gifts for the kids.  There was facepainting as well as inflatable planes to play with.

A great time was had by all, young and old!

And finally here's an example of the acrobatics displayed:

Looks like a lot of fun to me!

My first career was aviation/aerospace and I still love it.

I actually spent some time in Glenwood Springs Co. as an aviation consultant to a local company.  I also  visited with one of my clients, Gates Learjet,  at the Denver airport many times.

It was my aviation career that introduced me to the world of IT.
