Hey, I am currently trialing Webroot Endpoint and ran in to a problem on one of the machines.
It is a tablet based on the AMD Brazos CPU (Dual core 1GHZ).
Windows 8 RTM.
After installing Webroot it goes to the internet to do the initial scan which seems to time out and eventually freeze the machine.
It says it has scanned 3 items by the time the machine becomes unusable.
Does Webroot have any known incompatibilities?
Volume Shadow Copy is disabled, is that a problem?

All fixed.
This machine had an Intel 310 SSD in it that conflicted with Windows 8. Most importantly Volume Shadow copy would not work.
I have replaced the SSD with an MSATA Crucial model and Webroot installs as expected.
