webroot has blocked access to such things as AOL, what can be done to stop this unwanted blocking
What setting or switch needs to be reset to stop webroot from blocking access to websites like aol

To add to what Sherry said, if you are using a web browser, you are quite sure the site should not be blocked (Common normally safe sites like aol.com or facebook.com), and receiving a block notice like the image below, you can submit a Trouble Ticket to have Webroot Support take a look into a possible problem with "False Positives".
