Webroot Support Ticket webpage down?

I am not able to get it up either, so you are not alone at the moment.

It was down for maintenance for about 15 mins, its back up now.

Ah thanks for the confirmation David. Good to hear I'm not alone. Too bad I had a remote session scheduled with one of the Support Team engineers. I guess I've missed it now that I can't reach the site. I'll have to reschedule. :(

re: ams963 who was the remote session with? I dont see your ticket in the Queue?

Oh I was supposed to have the remote session an hour ago but it seems my case has been reassigned to Ali from the Dublin Office to match my timezone. We've already rescheduled the session to tomorrow.
