Hello Warren,
Welcome to the Webroot Community.

You don't have to pay. If you already have the Webroot Password manager (Included in Webroot SecureAnywhere 'Complete' and 'Internet Security' versions) you will be able to transfer to the new Lastpass Premium Password Manager.
