site admin not showing

We added a site admin to be able to view/manage one site only. yet when we select that site and look at the admin tab, it does not show them listed. When we go back out to the GSM and site admin it lists the admin, but doesn't list what sites they are an admin of? Is there no way to check this, or maybe the admin wasn't setup right?
