For shopping at Best Buy I was given a free 1 year subscription for Webroot. I received an email with a install button to click on. My question is will this action cause another install of Webroot or just add the one year to my existing subscription which is 153 days.

I would contact Webroot support as I believe it would not automatically add to your existing subscription.
The link from Best Buy may also expire.
