+1Hello, on my account I can have 3 devices. There are 2 devices and a PC listed. The account has a check by all devices (protected) , but the keycodes are identical. What is up with that? I would like to add a device but don’t know how to proceed. There is no indication of what device is associated with a key code. What a mess.

Webroot sells for 1, 3 and 5 devices and all would use the same keycode so can you give us more info to the problem please?
