System analyzer message

I get a BLUE message in the hardware section...GRAPhics RAM is low which is impacting performance….my computer is slow...any advice?

Never mind what System analyzer has to say as it’s only a basic tool and there’s nothing you can do to correct anything, see here as we tell many others the same over the years: https://community.webroot.com/search?q=System%20analyzer

    I get the same message on my System Analyzer and my computer runs slow and sometimes…..it just stops working and I have to power off on my surge protector and then power back on again….cannot even get to the start button when this happens…….total tech support at BB cannot say what the problem is and they too clean the computer regularly….any help?
