I just renewed my webroot subscribtion a year more, but it wont take the new code.

Hello @Nevi longtime no hear!

 

Did you renew via Webroot or somewhere else? If from Webroot and it continues then contact Webroot sales during the week and they will sort it out.

Purchases, renewals, and upgrades

Mon - Fri 7 AM to 7 PM (MDT)

Now if from someone else then you need to contact them.
