Yeah! well I've installed a a portable storage device from Western Digital called My Passport "Ultra" to help back up my system.
There is a concern about the Western's security system that came with the device.So my question is of an knowledgeable way
to understand my awareness of my system ,without screwing my system.to no available end (messing up my system).Do I acti-
vate the system from Western Digitals corporation ?(Probabality a no -brainer , No right!)Cuase I'm not sure!

+56It looks like they have their own encryption software that you can opt to use on the hard drive. It's up to you whether you want to turn it on - it's mostly about privacy and isn't really about protection you from viruses or malware, so you'll want Webroot or some other AV software for that.
