I was quite disappointed to see that I needed yet another anti-virus program to remove "webhelper" spyware/adware. I have used Webroot for two years now and expected that it would be a virus solution. I believe that Webroot needs to address this deficiency or it is going to lose subscribers.

I do I cancel adware with bad press

How do I cancel adware prior to 7 day trial membership and how much does it cost. Also it does not seem compatible with Microsoft Edge.

You can Submit a Support Ticket and they will help you remove any unwanted adware and it will cost you nothing all they will do is add detection and they will ask you to do a scan and it will be removed. Also the Web Shield can be installed from the Microsoft Store here for Edge: https://microsoftedge.microsoft.com/addons/detail/fmkaflbamgddpjacdmjlkhbnpnlemaea
