By Dona Sarkar and Brandon LeBlancHello Windows Insiders!
Today, we are releasing Windows 10 Insider Preview Build 17134 (RS4) to Windows Insiders in the Fast ring. This build has no new features and includes the fixes from KB4100375 as well as some fixes for general reliability of the OS. As Build 17133 progressed through the rings, we discovered some reliability issues we wanted to fix. In certain cases, these reliability issues could have led to a higher percentage of (BSOD) on PCs for example. Instead of creating a Cumulative Update package to service these issues, we decided to create a new build with the fixes included. This just reinforces that Windows Insiders are critical to helping us find and fix issues before releasing feature updates to all our customers so thank you!
No downtime for Hustle-As-A-Service,

This Insider Build 17134 should be the new RTM to go out to all users if everything checks out which could take a week or so!
Several reports last week hinted that the Windows maker is now working on a new build to potentially fix that blocking bug. Microsoft has finally started to release Windows 10 Insider Preview Build 17134 from the Redstone 4 branch to Windows Insiders in the Fast ring. The company said that the build carries no new features and only brings fixes for some issues.
t would probably take another week for Microsoft to release today’s build to all the rings to test it for any last minute issues. But if all goes well, Windows 10 17134 will be the RTM build for Windows 10 version 1803 – which should technically be 1804 now.

Microsoft Finally Releases the Highly Awaited Windows 10 1803 RTM Build
The public release of the next Windows 10 version was expected earlier in this month. Microsoft had released Windows 10 Redstone 4 Preview Build 17133 that was believed by many to be the Release to Manufacturers (RTM) build. However, a blocking bug was discovered that delayed the release to the public almost at the last minute.Several reports last week hinted that the Windows maker is now working on a new build to potentially fix that blocking bug. Microsoft has also confirmed earlier reports that as the Build 17133 “progressed,” the company discovered “some reliability issues” that it wanted to fix. These issues could have potentially led to more BSODs on PCs. That sounds great. I am nervous about updating my main OS because I am not sure that my "Windows Hello" will work with the latest version. So I have not updated to Spring Creator yet. (v1803). 😠@ wrote:

Well it's not Official at this time and I have no issues that I can see.
Yes and I cannot test Windows Hello with the Spring Creator on my VM. Because I do not have Windows Hello. So I will be asking the Windows Insider Hub about this.@ wrote:
