Precisely what help do you need re. these?  Do you believe that you have been infected/fallen victim to CTB-locker?

I believe I am a victum of ransomeware or something and I would like to get rid of it and regain control of my files

I think that I replied to your original post some 9 hours ago (please see here re. that) and as I said in the original repsonse the only people who can help you are the Support Team so yo need to Open a Support Ticket ASAP, if you have not already done so. Please follow this advice.
