CANT SEND E MAILS

Hi all
Just got my computer back from a service and initially i could only receive e mails but now i can neither send or receive e mails however when i use my Ipad i can send receive from there so its not the e mail account just the computer (i think)
Anyone got any ideas?
The following message appears:
A TCP/IP error occurred while trying to connect to the server.

    ? are you on windows 10 and using the mail tile in the start menu? that one somethimes acts up for me too when i'm on a low speed connection. What happens if you connect via a browser directly to outlook.com or your mail provider's webmail interface?
     
    Ar you connecting via wifi or via lan cable?

    It may be that your SMTP setting is not correct and/or is getting changed by email client auto settings...........................should be
     
    smtp.tools.sky.com
     
    Can you sign in and send/receive here..............
