I don't see how this can hold up in court. No way.
+56Yeah that seems to be the consensus in the article. I think the companies are trying to use it as a deterrent or to have nuisance lawsuits make people delete their reviews just to make it go away. I'd like to see a crackdown on them doing so, though.
