Evaluation checkmarks
I'm BACK! I wasn't sure where to post a question about my wife didn't have her little green checkmarks, and I did. I went to the Automated Agent at the bottom of the home page, and they not only made several suggestions, but they FIXED the problem. That does bring up a good question, where is the proper place to go with questions?

It's best to post Questions if you have issues in the correct Forum say you have Webroot Complete version then it would be best to post in that section and for general questions this is a good place IMO.

Thanks, sometimes it's hard to figure where to put my questions . I want to be in the right Forum, but not always sure.
