Fraudulent Inquiries??
We have been recieving phone calls from someone claiming they are from Microsoft. They say our computer is at risk - even though we have Webroot. When I ask them what the problem is "specifically" - all I get is that we are at risk. Is this a fraud/scam or what? Anyone else getting these calls?

THIS IS A SCAM!! Neither Microsoft nor any other company sends emails, pop ups, or phone calls of any kind advising that you may have a problem.
If you clicked anything links, allowed them to remote into your computer, or went to any web sites please submit a Trouble Ticket ASAP. (Now would be a good idea....)

I have had a lot of those calls myself and I hate the fact that because they are still in business means that they are able to make a profitable business out of the scams.
