Hello,
I have been chasing an infection and I am getting infection paths such as %appdata%\... "?.\"... %winroot%... etc.
Is there a setting that needs to changed to provide this level of detail because it's frustrating that I have to chase a file path when it's not properly (at least I don't see it) documented.
Any assistance would be great because when a machine(s) are infected, I don't have time to do anyone else job.
Thank you.

Hello @aholgate and Welcome to Webroot Community!
I assume you have WSA installed so you can save a Scan or Threat Log to see the infection path:
Scan Log: https://docs.webroot.com/us/en/home/wsa_pc_userguide/wsa_pc_userguide.htm#UsingReportsAndViewers/SavingScanLogs.htm%3FTocPath%3DUsing%2520Reports%2520and%2520Viewers%7C_____1
Threat Log: https://docs.webroot.com/us/en/home/wsa_pc_userguide/wsa_pc_userguide.htm#UsingReportsAndViewers/SavingThreatLogs.htm%3FTocPath%3DUsing%2520Reports%2520and%2520Viewers%7C_____2
And if nothing shows up you can Submit a Support Ticket from the said system and they will look into it for you.
Thanks,
