Why i get login failed at https://my.webrootanywhere.com/default.aspx? I've reset the password but still same error. I also try login at my phone using chrome and still get same error - "Login failed"

I've clicked on this link without an issue. Can you try a different browser to see if you can sign into the Account Console? Like Firefox? Internet Explorer?
If you have changed your password and it's still not working then my best advice would be to Submit a Support Ticket free of charge with an active subscription and they will gladly fix this for you.
